Visions like this leave a bad taste in greenie mouths. And for good reason. Aside from being handy, for the most part, plastic water bottles are more like Lex Luthor or Professor Moriarti to the earth-friendly community: Evil landfill villains.

But what if you could use a plastic water bottle and not feel guilty. What if it was more than recyclable? Perhaps even biodegradable?

Redleaf, Canada’s Ultra Premium Water Company, and their little wonder, the “Bio Bottle,” hopes to change even though most skeptical plastic bias. And their products are scheduled to hit the shelves by the end of January.
